Check deposit to confirm due 14 days from reservation date, unless less than 30 days prior to arrival, then credit cards accepted. Thirty days cancellation notice required for a refund. Three day minimum reservations. December 15 to April 15: Advance prepayment at least 30 days before arrival. December 15 to Jan 7: Advance prepayment at least 60 days before arrival. Sixty days cancellation notice required for a refund. Seven day minimum reservations.
